The clean Government Culture base of Yuanmingyuan has four exhibition halls, "Chengxin Hall", "Shishan Hall", "Shende Hall" and "Yisi Hall", to display the historical process of the rise and decline of clean government in the Qing Dynasty, the cultural connotation of clean government in three mountains and five Gardens, and the real historical cases of corruption events and corrupt officials in the Qing Dynasty。
